Cancellation & rescheduling with less than 24 hours but more then 6 hours notice will be a 50% fee of the original service booked price. Cancellations, rescheduling with less then 6 hours prior to your appointment time will be a charge of full service. You will not be allowed to rebook unless that deposite is sent and collected. Please understand once you reserve a time slot for two or more services and you decide the day of to no longer get the service you will still be responsible to pay 50% of the service. Travel set up rules: Travel fee starts from 30 to 40 dollars ,depending on location. And it may vary each time. For the safety and comfort of the client and tech we ask our clients for there to be an ideal area to set up that is clean and Near an outlet. Away from the direct sun. The sun damages all the gel products. Children and pets: Being that the tech travels to your personal space,Please keep children and pets away from all products and tools. It can be a hazard for them . Please find a friend to watch them while service is in process. This service requires all of the techs attention and client cannot touch other things while receiving a manicure. It may causes contamination and possible injury while working so close to the cuticles. Tech needs to be as still as possible so please refrain from touching items and constant movement . We realize things happen but keep into account that dealing with family matters takes time away from our appointments affecting the techs schedule and flow of the day.If our schedule is backed up over 30 minutes due to these matters a charge of 30 dollars will be added to service for delays.
